Shipping policy

 Please allow 2-3 business days for processing (not including holidays and weekends). Please note that processing time does not include your shipping time frame. When your package is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number via email. 

 Unverifiable Addresses

Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed.  Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail.  Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city. 

If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and a refund will be issued to you.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Classy Wit A Lil Sass Boutique IS NOT responsible for packages that state they were DELIVERED and was not received.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS or FEDEX error. If we track your package and show that it has been delivered are in transit, and you have not received your package we will file a claim on your behalf. Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for a response from the carrier.
