How do I return my order?

We allow returns of unused, undamaged items returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit ONLY. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Shipping fees are not refunded.

Do you have a storefront?

No, we are an online only boutique. However, we DO love our local Classy shoppers!

What size is your model?

Our model is 5’5 average size 6-8 model usually wears a size small/medium. All items have information on what size the model is wearing as well.

 

Do you offer pickup options?

No, our company does not offer pickup options. All orders will be shipped via our mail courier to the address on file.

 

How often are items restocked?

Short answer is that our best sellers are restocked weekly.

However, shipping time frames make it difficult to provide a specific date of restock. We do offer email notifications when your favorite items return. For each item you wish to be notified about, select your size and enter your email address to be notified when the item has been restocked.

We do not restock sale merchandise. Those items are final sale.

What are pre-order items?

Pre-order items are items that are not currently in stock but will be arriving soon. The expected date is not a guaranteed date, but a very good estimate. These are usually very popular styles that often get "pre-ordered" due to demand.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method, and you'll be directed to the Afterpay website to register and/or provide payment details.

Can you ship internationally?

We can only ship to Canada and United Kingdom at this time.

My discount code isn’t working, what do I do?

If your discount code is not working, it may be invalid/expired. If the discount code is current/valid and is still not working, please contact info@classywitalilsass.com for further assistance.

 

Can I cancel or exchange my order once it has been placed?

Once orders are placed, they cannot be exchanged or cancel
